How to Repair a Wooden Play Kitchen When it Breaks

Wooden play kitchens are built durable, but kids can be rough and eventually things may break.  Most wooden play kitchens are made from partical board.  They are durable, but not indestructable.

If one of your doors should happen to fall off, a small anchor will help secure the door.  Small brackets and screws are another option.  If you place the bracket on the inside of the door, on a different location than the original screws, this will help resecure your door.

Most wooden play kitchen manufacturers do not make oven doors that open up and down.  This is so the kids will not try to use them as a stepping stool.  Most of the doors open side to side, but can still be pulled off if a child hangs on the door.  If this is the case, an anchor or an L bracket should fix your problem and your little chef can get back down to business.
